| Welcome Message | Welcome
to the 2009 Eastern Sierra ATV Jamboree. The following general
information outlines the event and will help you better understand the
registration process and trail riding for the Jamboree.
The Jamboree festival is held at the Walker Community Center in the beautiful town of Walker, California. All rides take place in the nearby Toiyabe National Forest. The Jamboree is limited to the first 150 riders that pre-register. The registration fee for the 2009 Jamboree is $99* per rider. This fee includes guided rides Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It also includes a dinner on Saturday evening, a T-Shirt* and entry into the prize drawings. Those young adults that are 16 & 17 years old, are allowed to join us for this Jamboree but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on all rides. STILL TIME TO JOIN US! Call us today
and let us know you are coming! Pre-Registration is required no later than June 1st, 2009, so that we may have enough time to allow for planning the activities, guides, meals, T-Shirts*, etc. The Jamboree is limited to the first 150 registered riders, so early registration is recommended! Additional Dinner Meal Tickets will be pre-sold for $15 for the 2009 Jamboree. Meal tickets are specifically for individuals who are not taking part in the daily rides but is accompanying a registered rider for the non-riding events (i.e. non-riding spouse, children, etc). Each meal ticket holder must be accompanied by a registered rider. Meal tickets include access to the Saturday night dinner. Meal ticket holders must present their tickets to gain access to the dinner. After many requests for a "real" breakfast, we have decided that for the 2009 jamboree, we would now offer a full breakfast (eggs, pancakes, coffee, etc) at an additional charge. This arrangement allows those that want a full breakfast to be able to get one for the reasonable cost of only $8 per person per breakfast. Payment will be accepted at the door each morning. Please make certain that you include name, address and payment for each rider on a separate sign-up sheet. The sheet indicating your ride choices must be submitted with the appropriate registration fees. All checks must be made out to the Northern Mono Chamber of Commerce (115281 US Highway 395, Topaz CA 96133 - note that this is a new address). Our policy is that all names and addresses of registered riders is for our sole purpose and will never be given, sold, leased, or rented to any other organization or individual. Make your lodging/RV reservations early as lodging/RV space is limited. Dry RV camping is also available through private parties. Please refer to our Lodging Information page for a list of motels, RV resorts and camping locations in Walker and Coleville. |
